The team undertakes children and family single assessments, section 47 enquiries and covers all aspects of social work planning, up until the appropriate transfer point to one of our fieldwork social work teams. Alongside the assessment process, children and families in Stockton-on-Tees have timely access to a range of other support services, including a considerable youth and families offer.
