We have a vacancy in the Adult Hospital First Contact Team. The role also includes an element of Out of Hours shifts.Ideally candidates will have experience of crisis management and multidisciplinary work. The role incorporates both discharge planning for patients in Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, and the team covers a citywide response evenings and weekends, including hospitals.
