Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the Forensic Autism Service based at Guild Lodge and part of the Specialist Services Network. The team accepts referrals from the whole of the Lancashire and South Cumbria Trust footprint. The successful applicant will be working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic multi-disciplinary team providing person-centred care to adults aged over 16 with autism and who have forensic risk and other complex needs. Balancing the care and support needs of the individual as well as managing risk. You will be responsible for the maintenance of high levels of evidence-based clinical practice, contributing to and facilitating Care Processes and Pathways.
