Job summary An opportunity is available for an experienced qualified Social Worker to join the neurosciences social work team in covering the Community Stroke and Neurosciences Rehabilitation Team (CSNRT). This is a full time permanent post, will suit someone looking for challenge and has a keen interest to support an experienced CSNRT service at St James House and Neuro Social work team based at Salford Royal Hospital.This post provides social work support to Salford Residents who have suffered a brain injury/trauma/acquired and other long term neurological conditions such as MND to support the person and to complement the community rehab goals.
