Now is a really exciting time to join EAHSCP, to be part of this transformation and influence how we deliver support to those in our communities.East Ayrshire has an excellent track record of zero delayed discharges that we continue to maintain and now we want to focus more of our attention on early intervention and prevention and supporting long term conditions at home.
