AdvertRelief Social Worker, Children & Families, Western per hour, including Distant Islands AllowanceYou will be required to work within a Practice Team (Children & Families) as a Social Worker undertaking an integrated range of social work services in relation to child welfare promotion and support for children and their families: arranging and supporting care placements for children who require to live away from home, preventative work and joint work with other agencies as required, working to the direction of the Team Leader. You will work and develop data to assist with understanding trends and target service delivery alongside the Team Leader, and deliver these services in accordance with current legislation and Comhairle procedures and standards.You will also be required to work, where necessary, in supporting other statutory Social Work services within the Local Authority.A Diploma in Social Work or other approved recognised Social Work qualification is essential....
