Job overview To work within a multi-disciplinary team, closely with staff from other agencies, to promote and maintain high standards of care for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions. This will involve contributing to diagnostic assessments by undertaking specific aspects of the assessment as required, providing support to families and young people through group based workshops and interventions and in : support to meet agreed outcomes and as agreed with families. The post holder will be expected to work with children, their families, carers, staff teams and other professionals in a variety of community settings. In addition, the post holder will provide clinical and managerial support for junior colleagues, undertaking work alongside, or on behalf of the post holder.
